MEP Engineer is a single-level professional classification responsible for planning and design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system including developing policies, standards, inspection procedures and evaluation of various projects. The mechanical aspect focuses on heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) and the electrical aspect focuses on providing power to all outlets and appliances. The plumbing aspect focuses on the delivery of water and the draining of waste water.
